As a Commercial & Industrial Broker and Residential Agent you will be:

· Responsible for sales & leasing of properties i.e. offices, warehouses, factories commercial land, investments, residential & new commercial developments

· Prospecting for new corporate tenants & buyers

· Canvassing for vacancies within the Residential and commercial & industrial property arena

· Adding listings to our various marketing channels

· Matching tenants & buyer with appropriate vacancies

· Networking with Sellers, Buyers, landlords, tenants, and other property stakeholders

· Negotiating lease & sales agreements

They are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with excellent communication skills and experience in the property sector (ideally sales progression or conveyancing).

Role Responsibilities

• Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and buyers/sellers to progress property sales
• Update CRM systems with detailed case notes and milestones
• Monitor progress of property chains and highlight risks or delays
• Draft weekly update emails for clients
• Make follow-up calls and send emails to chase outstanding actions

The Role: Renewals Associate (Residential)
The Renewals Associate ensures a seamless experience for members at the point of renewal, balancing retention goals with a strong service-first approach. Working closely with the Head of Curation, this role manages renewal administration, fosters relationships with existing members, and develops strategies to improve renewal rates and overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage renewals administration, contracts, reference checks, and room allocations, targeting at least a 50% renewal rate.

• Proactively contact members ahead of renewal dates, addressing concerns and presenting tailored membership options.

• Suggest and develop renewal incentives such as loyalty perks, offers, and benefits to boost retention.

• Use CRM and PMS systems to track renewal timelines, member preferences, and contract statuses accurately.

• Gather member feedback and share insights to enhance community experience and engagement.

About You
