We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Reports Administrator to join a dynamic Reports Team supporting international surveying operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of client reports while offering high-level administrative support to surveyors. Key Responsibilities- Verify receipt of all client terms and essential information before processing begins.
- Review surveyor-issued reports to ensure they meet internal KPIs and quality standards.
- Flag reports requiring revisions and liaise with surveyors to implement necessary updates.
- Issue finalised reports to clients in a timely manner.
- Manage inbound client queries via phone and email professionally and efficiently.
- Act as the first point of escalation for client complaints; collaborate with surveyors and management to resolve issues.
- Participate in weekly Teams meetings with the surveying team.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements for report administration.
- Research and recommend new tools and technologies to streamline the reporting process.
- Strong administrative background with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional approach to handling queries and complaints.
- A forward-thinking mindset with a desire to streamline and optimise workflows.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection.
