Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Reports Administrator to join a dynamic Reports Team supporting international surveying operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of client reports while offering high-level administrative support to surveyors. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to contribute to continuous improvement efforts in administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify receipt of all client terms and essential information before processing begins.
  • Review surveyor-issued reports to ensure they meet internal KPIs and quality standards.
  • Flag reports requiring revisions and liaise with surveyors to implement necessary updates.
  • Issue finalised reports to clients in a timely manner.
  • Manage inbound client queries via phone and email professionally and efficiently.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for client complaints; collaborate with surveyors and management to resolve issues.
  • Participate in weekly Teams meetings with the surveying team.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements for report administration.
  • Research and recommend new tools and technologies to streamline the reporting process.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong administrative background with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
