The main purpose of this job is to ensure that returned faulty stock is repaired efficiently and effectively in order to be able to meet SLA requirements set by the vendor and by Rectron, and ultimately ensure customer satisfaction.
Outputs and Responsibilities
- Repair/quote faulty products or equipment accurately and timeously
- Inform the customer of any additional costs or requirements needed in order to fully repair the unit. This may include recommendations of add on products
- Meet all vendor KPI’s & SLA’s requirements on a daily basis.
- Ensure effective customer communication
- Execute Rectron standards of excellence in all work completed
- Escalate problematic issues to the Supervisor
- Other duties as specified by your line manager
- General admin and housekeeping

- Relevant technical certification and or training (mobile & electronic)
- 3-5 years repairing experience within workshop environment
