Maintaining rental property inventories by conducting inspections of each unit on a regular basis;

Doing and recording comprehensive ingoing and outgoing property inspections when lease commence / terminate;

Dealing with and resolving landlord / tenant queries and disputes;

Managing monthly rental payments and follow up on arrear rental payments;

Growing the existing portfolio.
