n services to independent estate agents. They handle the admin, chasing, and updates that keep property sales moving smoothly from offer to completion.

They are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with excellent communication skills and experience in the property sector (ideally sales progression or conveyancing).

Role Responsibilities

• Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and buyers/sellers to progress property sales
• Update CRM systems with detailed case notes and milestones
• Monitor progress of property chains and highlight risks or delays
• Draft weekly update emails for clients
• Make follow-up calls and send emails to chase outstanding actions
• File and organise documentation in Google Drive
• Maintain a calm, professional, and friendly tone in all communications

You'll Need

• Proven experience in estate agency, conveyancing, or sales progression
• Exceptional written and verbal English
• Confidence making calls and following up with third parties
• High attention to detail and strong admin skills
