GENERAL OBJECTIVE :

As a Brand Ambassador at Versuni, your primary objective is to represent the Philips brand within designated retail stores, promoting product awareness, driving sales, and fostering positive relationships with both retailers and consumers. You play a crucial role in enhancing the visibility and availability of Philips Domestic Appliances products, aligning with Versuni's mission of turning houses into homes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Store Placement : Be positioned in stores according to the Philips Retail Store Base and current structure, ensuring optimal coverage and representation.
  2. Policy Adherence : Follow store policies and guidelines, maintaining compliance with regulations and standards.
  3. Weekly Meetings : Meet with the Regional Field Manager weekly for reports, concerns, feedback, plans, directives, and material handover such as POSM and demo ingredients.
  4. Weekend Activations : Conduct weekend activations as mandatory activities, engaging with customers and promoting Philips products.
  5. Execution Excellence : Secure the #1 position in store for all executions, ensuring optimal visibility and prominence of Philips products.
  6. Price Ticket Maintenance : Maintain correct price tickets daily, both on and off promotion, to accurately reflect pricing and promotions.
  7. Merchandising Execution : Execute in-store merchandising according to Philips and Retailers' directives and/or planograms, maintaining consistency and quality.
  8. Relationship Building : Build strong relationships with retailers and their staff to foster collaboration and support for Philips products.
  9. Professionalism : Adhere to a dress code provided by Philips, presenting a professional and polished image at all times.
  10. Demonstrations and Engagement : Conduct WET / DRY demonstrations as required, engaging customers to showcase product features and benefits.
  11. Hygiene and Maintenance : Ensure demo product maintenance and hygiene, keeping demonstration materials clean and presentable.
  12. Event Support : Support retailers during store-related events or activities involving the Philips Domestic Appliances Brand, contributing to promotional success.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or brand promotion is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and retailers.
  • Strong presentation skills to showcase product features and benefits convincingly.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on execution excellence.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
