Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule on-site interviews with hiring managers.
- Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide updates on the recruiting process.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Present offers of employment to successful candidates and negotiate when needed.
- Prepare employment contracts.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a recruitment role handling a full recruitment function (agency or in-house)
- Completed Degree in HR or Psychology, preferably an Honours level.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, be articulate and fluent in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set targets
- Solid understanding of the full recruitment life cycle

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Resourcer / Recruitment Administrator to support our growing recruitment team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a strong ability to source and screen high-quality candidates (70%), while also excelling in administrative tasks (30%) that keep the recruitment process smooth and professional.
You'll work remotely but must reside in Cape Town for occasional in-person meetings, training, or team events.
Key Responsibilities- Resourcing (70%)
- Source candidates across various job boards, LinkedIn, social media, Boolean searches, and referrals.
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role-specific criteria.
- Conduct initial telephone/virtual interviews to assess suitability.
- Maintain and grow talent pools for hard-to-fill or frequently recruited roles.
- Provide market insights, candidate availability, and salary benchmarking support.
- Proactively headhunt passive candidates and manage candidate pipelines.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate ATS (e.g., Placement Partner, Manatal, etc.).
- Liaise with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to understand vacancies and job specs.
- Recruitment Administration (30%)
- Professionally format CVs according to internal standards.
- Create compelling candidate cover pages/summaries for client submissions.
- Coordinate and book interviews between candidates and clients.
- Draft and send interview confirmations and reminders.
- Conduct telephonic reference checks and compile reports.
- Track all recruitment activity and status updates in the ATS or CRM.
- Assist with background check coordination (criminal, credit, qualifications).
