To keep up with demand, we’re hiring a Recruiting Consultant to help us deliver top-tier sales reps to our clients. You’ll manage candidates coming from our Facebook ad campaigns and guide them through the interview pipeline.

What You’ll Do

As a Recruiting Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire applicant pipeline for our clients' sales rep roles. That includes:

• Reviewing and responding to applicants from our Facebook ad campaigns
• Conducting structured phone interviews using our prebuilt script

SUMMARY :

We are looking for a Recruiter to administer and coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes within the business.

POSITION INFO :

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

QUALIFICATIONS, MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant qualification advantageous.
• 3 years demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection of up to management level.
• APSO membership – advantageous.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Access).
• Experience in presenting PowerPoint presentations.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites including other platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
