Job Description
This is a part time or full time commission only remote role for a Remote Customer Recruiter at diginu. The role will involve tasks such as lead generation onboarding restaurants, grocery stores and liquor stores nation wide on diginu. The successful candidate will receive a commission on each and every order placed by the restaurants and/ or customers bought into diginu using their unique diginu referral link.

The Industry
The online food delivery industry will have a turnover of R46+ billion this year in South Africa. Furthermore 17.8 million people will order food online this year. diginu offersambitious people the opportunity to own a piece of that pie.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Purpose:
To manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent across The Group. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager and department heads to understand current and future staffing requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve recruitment strategies tailored to the healthcare and managed care sectors.
  • Draft or review job descriptions and advertisements in collaboration with line managers to ensure clarity and alignment with hiring needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Qualifications & Experience
  • National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within healthcare, medical aid, or managed care environment.
  • Experience in personality screening: Gallup, enneagram or psychometric assessments etc.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organisational ability.
