Job Description
This is a part time or full time commission only remote role for a Remote Customer Recruiter at diginu. The role will involve tasks such as lead generation onboarding restaurants, grocery stores and liquor stores nation wide on diginu. The successful candidate will receive a commission on each and every order placed by the restaurants and/ or customers bought into diginu using their unique diginu referral link.
The Industry
The online food delivery industry will have a turnover of R46+ billion this year in South Africa. Furthermore 17.8 million people will order food online this year. diginu offersambitious people the opportunity to own a piece of that pie.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.

- Should be available Tuesday evenings for a live Zoom call meeting with our marketing team.

Job Purpose:
To manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent across The Group. The Recruitment Consultant will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure that workforce needs are effectively met, while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, industry standards, and internal organisational policies.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager and department heads to understand current and future staffing requirements.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve recruitment strategies tailored to the healthcare and managed care sectors.
- Draft or review job descriptions and advertisements in collaboration with line managers to ensure clarity and alignment with hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels.
