n services to independent estate agents. They handle the admin, chasing, and updates that keep property sales moving smoothly from offer to completion.
They are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with excellent communication skills and experience in the property sector (ideally sales progression or conveyancing).
Role Responsibilities
- Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and buyers/sellers to progress property sales
- Update CRM systems with detailed case notes and milestones
- Monitor progress of property chains and highlight risks or delays
- Draft weekly update emails for clients
- Make follow-up calls and send emails to chase outstanding actions
- File and organise documentation in Google Drive
- Maintain a calm, professional, and friendly tone in all communications
You'll Need
- Proven experience in estate agency, conveyancing, or sales progression
