Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or related discipline.

- Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001; ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 knowledge preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of IPC-A-610/620, PCBA inspection techniques, and electronics manufacturing standards.
- Proficient in root cause analysis, QMS software, MS Office, and data interpretation.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional teams, training, and conflict resolution.
