Education

Experience

• 5-7 years of demonstrable work experience in process improvement, quality management, or operational efficiency roles, preferably in the renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.

PURPOSE OF ROLE We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Management Advisor to provide strategic support to the Head of Quality, focusing on quality management, quality assurance initiatives, and continuous improvement across all Lesedi operations. This role requires a professional with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to advise and guide management in areas of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Quality Management/Quality Assurance IMS Governance documentation, ensuring compliance portfolios, and providing oversight and control in Quality Management across Lesedi.
