Role Overview

As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes for automotive components. You will ensure efficient operations, maintain product quality, and support the introduction of new products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing automotive components.
  • Evaluate and optimize e-coat process parameters, current density, water temperature, immerse time and pretreatment stages, to achieve desired coating properties and minimize defects.
  • Conduct time studies, root cause analysis, and process audits to identify inefficiencies or quality issues.
  • Conduct trials and experiments to improve coating efficiency and enhance overall process performance
