The HR Officer is responsible to develop advice on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within an organisation. Training & Development

The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be
- Education: Diploma/ B-Tech/ Bachelor’s degree with specialisation in Human Resources field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3years experience in Human Resource Administration/ as an HR generalist.
- At least 2-3 years in the HR function with experience in training and development
- Proven experience of HRIS ideally SAP
- Proven experience in MS Office utilization
- Independent team player and demonstrating good initiative
- Proven analytical ability
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with customers
- Good interpersonal skills
