What you will be doing:

  1. Review and process headlease invoices, including the verification of bank details and the onboarding of new head leases.
  2. Handle email correspondence related to variable and head lease matters.
  3. Liaise with prospective and current property owners to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  4. Update transfer records accurately and maintain documentation.
  5. Use the project management software to ensure data accuracy and organisation.
  6. Coordinate handover procedures for property transactions.
  7. Facilitate communication among sellers, agents, buyers, and conveyancers during sales processes.
