Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing brand promotion campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and suggest improvements.

  • Support market research initiatives to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.

  • Maintain and update marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional assets.

  • Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, or partners to execute promotional activities.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

  • Perform administrative support for marketing campaigns as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.

  • Understanding of social media platforms and online brand promotion strategies.

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a team.

Experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, brand promotion, or related roles is preferred. Freshers with a strong interest in digital marketing and brand management are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours
  • Flexible remote work schedule with expected availability during core hours (to be coordinated with the team).

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
