This role demands a seamless blend of technical expertise and client management skills, ensuring that projects align with client needs and expectations.Reviewing overall quality of projects performed at Head Office on behalf of Support, OPS, Account Managers and third parties.Reviewing and monitoring daily projects.Checking that the correct balances have been used in all reconciliations.Checking randomly items being performed for the project, making sure quality is adhered to.Ensuring that employees adhering to policies and procedures and report on non-adherence.Assisting and guiding staff dealing with projects.Overseeing compliance of SLAs that exist with client projects.Assisting with queries / issues that might arise during projects.Defining project scope, goals, and stakeholders.
Assessing the feasibility of the project in the context of client needs and organizational goals.Detailing project stages, identifying required resources, setting timelines, and allocating tasks.Leading the project team, managing communications, ensuring resource availability and allocation.Tracking project performance, specifically to ensure it remains on schedule and within budget.
Making necessary adjustments in case of deviations.Ensuring all tasks have been completed and objectives achieved.
Providing post-project analysis and feedback.Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, updating them on project progress, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback.Ensuring clients are informed about the project process and train them on any new systems or products as necessary.Establishing a streamlined feedback process to ensure client comments and concerns are promptly addressed.Guiding the project team, ensuring they have clarity on their tasks and objectives.

- Project Management Diploma as a minimum (non-negotiable)
- 7-10 years’ multi-disciplinary project experience.
- Minimum of 3 Years Site execution supervision experience will be advantageous.
- Proven working experience in project management and organizational skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Projects.
- Marketing skills for identifying possible new projects and business opportunities.
- Financial comprehension pertaining to budgets and job costing.
- Excellent client-facing and internal verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills involving goal-setting, professional development and mentorship.
- Conflict management skills.
- Strong project planning, organizational and time management skills.
