Role Overview
Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights and supporting impactful programs? As a Data and Program Support Analyst , you'll help law firms thrive by collecting and analyzing sales data that drives smarter decisions and stronger retention. You'll also play a key part in coordinating projects and supporting new initiatives that shape the future of the CSO-Lite program. Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (USA)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Collecting weekly Dragon metrics and monthly owner data from participating law firms
- Maintaining and troubleshooting the CSO-L Airtable database
- Documenting firm-specific reporting processes
- Analyzing large datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights
- Creating dashboards, visualizations, and reports for stakeholders
- Translating program questions into data queries and analytical approaches
- Supporting administrative tasks and project coordination
- Tracking timelines and deliverables for the Dragon Scorecard Project
- Managing setup and data for monthly Blitz Day Events
What We're Looking For:
- At least two to three years of experience in a data collection or analyst role
- Experience working with Airtable, Power BI and similar software
- Experience with Go High Level
- Familiarity with managing sales funnel data
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with data collection and reporting, analytical thinking and problem-solving, dashboard creation and data visualization, project coordination and task tracking, clear communication and documentation

The RoleThe Southern Africa Program Assistant plays a pivotal role in both supporting and strengthening the Partners Worldwide (PW) network across Mozambique, Zambia, Eswatini, and South Africa. Working closely with the Southern Africa Regional Director, this role contributes to the leadership of the regional team while ensuring smooth collaboration between PW and its local partners.
Key responsibilities include supporting partnership engagements, coordinating knowledge management and resource mobilization activities, and contributing to the effectiveness and sustainability of projects. The Program Assistant also plays an important role in capacity development, helping partners grow their capabilities, and strengthening the overall health of the regional network.

The WorkRegional Strategy and Team Support
Collaborate with the Regional Director to implement the regional strategy and country annual plans, provide supervision and support to the team as needed, and onboard new regional staff. Ensure alignment with PW's breakthrough objectives and escalate regional needs and opportunities to the appropriate stakeholders.
Program and Partnership Excellence
Facilitate strong program management across the region by supporting strategic project design, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and addressing implementation challenges. Strengthen partnerships through capacity development and ensure smooth coordination across Mozambique, Zambia, Eswatini, and South Africa.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research
Support Partnership Managers in timely and accurate reporting of Impact Metrics and Annual Partnership Plans.
Communication and Storytelling
Contribute to PW's marketing and communications through storytelling rooted in real-time evidence from partners and communities. Foster regular communication and feedback loops to strengthen relationships and visibility.
Administration and Representation
Provide logistics and administrative support for regional activities, including events, meetings, and travel. Prepare reports, proposals, and updates, while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Represent PW as an ambassador at regional forums and gatherings.
Metrics Monitoring and Evaluation

Research
Lead desk research across thematic areas on emerging trends, challenges and opportunities across the Southern Africa region.
Project Planning and Coordination
Support strategic project design and ensure timely and efficient coordination of project activities across multiple partnerships. Also, monitor project timelines, deliverables, and proactively support resolving implementation challenges.
Communication
Contribute to marketing and communication resources, and story-telling rooted in real-time evidence from partners and communities in the region. Facilitate regular communication and feedback loops.
Administrative support
- Provide logistics and administrative assistance for regional activities including meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Support preparation of reports, proposals, and internal updates.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to partners and projects.
Be a PW ambassador Represent PW at regional forums, meetings and events.
Your Qualifications:- College education in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Development or a related field.
- 5+ years' overall professional experience
- Understanding of agriculture and agricultural economics
- Understanding of agricultural value chains is a plus
- Demonstrated competency in multiple of the following areas: administrative support, strong organization and planning skills, technical proficiency particularly with Microsoft Office, Zoom and other database management software.
