HART Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Program Analyst, to support program planning and scheduling for the Battle Management System (BMS) portfolio at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, VA (NSWCDD). Successful candidates will provide expertise in Microsoft Project scheduling and will assist project leads and technical SMEs in the development, implementation, and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and attentive to detail are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Document, Develop, Maintain, and analyze multiple project sub-schedules and IMSs, utilizing Microsoft Project.
  • Function as a facilitator at all levels throughout the schedule development process and communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with project leadership and key stakeholders and multi-disciplinary engineering teams to understand program milestones, plans and resourcing.
  • Maintain scheduled Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS), Schedule Plans and Baselines.
  • Support schedule presentation and documentation for key stakeholders and leadership at all levels of development.

Required:

  • Experience with scheduling projects using an industry accepted project scheduling tool. (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
  • Active DOD Security Clearance.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience in IMS / Project schedule development, analysis, integration, and monitoring.
  • Experience with OnePager Pro.
  • Experience with DoD engineering programs is highly desired.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) or Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or other scheduling certification is desired but not required.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Under Supervision:

  • Business insights / commentaries at detailed level for all KPIS as per the BA expectations incl. Other OCOGS.
  • Update of MTA and MBR nos in Future path for all KPIs – IB, Product lines revenue and shipments.
  • FC update and review every quarter/month.
  • Actualization of FC.
  • Work on process improvement / Digitalization for finance.
  • Review of FCF and do plausibility check at granular level.
  • Review of seeding assumptions with BMs and Sales.
  • Review of Selling expenses and OCOGS.
  • Focus on discretionary expenses.
  • Review of FTEs/ Capacity reporting (FC / Act) for DX together with Zone finance lead and country business lead.
  • Posting of journals
  • Releasing of purchase requisitions
  • Close collaboration with service to monitor service oCogs
  • Driving the clearing of webcylces and interim accounts
  • Monitoring of AR

Including development and training on:

  • Interpersonal & communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Online reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Business Learning
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Customer service

What do I need to qualify?

  • Skilled/ Degree in Finance
  • Understanding of Finance
