Responsibilities
- Maintain, set up and monitor AMF equipment to achieve required deboning yield/ratio 100% of the shift.
- Plan and schedule all required maintenance schedules, inspect, and sign off on completion.
- Ensure that the Temporary Employment Service Providers are supplying the required skills & resources in line with the agreed budgets.
- Drive quality in products produced.
- Liaise directly with Marel Technical and Process specialist when debone yield/ratio and bone free fillet products targets are not achieved.
