Duties & Responsibilities- Identifying bottlenecks throughout the procurement and production processes, proposing solutions and updating formal process documents and guides;
- Optimising the production process to minimise delays, waste and cost;
- Implementing formal processes in our ERP as well as guiding lower level development (e.g. through the SDS Team);
- Optimising stock levels based on sales forecasts;
- Store organisation and optimisation;
- Actively maintaining the production plan, identifying the critical paths, continuous re-risking and minimisation of the critical path, communication and feedback to production, procurement, development and management as required;
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Required Skills and Experience:
- Industry experience in an electromechanical production environment;
- Familiarity with an industry-standard ERP, ideally Odoo.
- Recommended Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years' experience in an electronic assembly production environment;
- Familiarity with Python.
- General Skills:
- Ability to learn fast and absorb new information quickly;
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate on large projects;
- Ability to work independently;
