• Valid Public Drivers Permit.
• Certified Defensive Driver Certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

• Be responsible for minimizing manufacturing waste and maximizing productivity.
• Develop and maintain audit schedules to ensure all suppliers are evaluated to timescales according to designated risk status.
• Lead and facilitate customer inspection of the product and facilities.
• Develop production schedules to meet demand while considering factors such as raw material availability, equipment capacity, and workforce capabilities.
• Monitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure that food products meet specified standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards to create a secure working environment.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Oversee and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.

• Grade 12 (Twelve).
• Proven experience in a Food Processing environment with at least 2 (Two) years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety laws and regulations and ability to implement safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure.
