We're looking for a content-savvy, strategy-driven creative to help on short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

- In this role, you'll own end-to-end short-form content creation for Little Pixies Instagram, TikTok and Facebook pages.
- That includes editing videos, designing graphical posts, publishing content, analysing performance.
- You'll report to one of the founders and collaborate closely with the Little Pixies team.
- This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, and loves making content that actually moves the needle.
Who You Are:

Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. What works, what doesn't, and how to stay ahead of trends.
- You've done this before
Proven experience growing social accounts and driving results through content creation.
- You've got an eye for design
Strong design skills and attention to detail, especially with graphics.
- You can edit like a pro
Comfortable using video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.) and image editing tools like Canva or Photoshop.
- You think strategically
You're not just creative, you think in systems. You're proactively looking at what's working, and adjust based on what moves the needle.
- You can juggle multiple projects
You know how to manage timelines, meet deadlines, and still produce great work under pressure.
- You obsess over details
From captions to graphics, you care about getting it right and catching the little things others miss.
- You communicate clearly
Whether you're writing, giving feedback, or sharing a performance update, you're clear and easy to work with.
- You're adaptable
Platforms change fast. You're curious, flexible, and willing to evolve with them.
- You've got experience
4+ years creating social media content that performs.
- Bonus: You use AI tools
Familiar with tools like Runway, Google VEO/Flow, Claude/ChatGPT or similar? It's a plus, not a dealbreaker.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Create standout content daily
Produce 2-3 short-form videos and/or graphics a week for Little Pixies social channels.
- Stay ahead of trends
Keep a close eye on what's working across platforms and apply those trends in a way that fits Little Pixies voice.
- Find ways to work smarter
