This role is assigned to Creative Adaptation & Versioning work for EMEA markets, across assets for TV, Cinema, Online, Social & DOOH.
What does a Producer do at Hogarth?The Producer plays a crucial role in the efficient and high-quality delivery of creative content across various media channels. You will:
- Work with client teams, creative agencies, and internal Hogarth specialists (e.g., Retouching, CGI, Video Editing, Transcreation, Print Production) to manage the end-to-end production lifecycle.
- Proactively manage production workflows with a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
- Collaborate across assets for multiple platforms – TV, Cinema, Online, Social & DOOH.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders: This role reports to the Executive Producer.
Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage multiple production projects from brief to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes; develop detailed timelines and production plans; identify and mitigate risks; maintain accurate project documentation.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary contact for internal client teams and external partners; facilitate clear communication among creative, production, and account teams; manage client expectations and provide regular progress updates.
- Resource & Budget Management: Develop estimates with Senior Producers; track costs and flag overruns; allocate internal and external resources; negotiate with vendors for competitive rates and quality service.
- Workflow & Quality Control: Own end-to-end production processes, including briefing, asset QC, stakeholder meetings, quotes, cost updates, resource booking, feedback management, and on-time delivery; conduct quality checks against briefs and brand guidelines; manage revision cycles.
- Technical Understanding: Maintain knowledge of production techniques across media (print, digital, video, OOH, social); discuss technical requirements with specialists and clients.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production challenges; adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
- 3-5 years of experience in a production role within an advertising agency, production company, or in-house marketing department, focusing on content production (print, digital, video, transcreation).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, for understanding workflows (not required for hands-on design); strong understanding of file formats, DAM systems, and content delivery.

The School of Journalism and Media Studies invites suitably qualified candidates to join their team.
Main ObjectivesTo support the media production activities of the Students and Staff of the School of Journalism and Media Studies through the provision of services relating to the technical operation of studios and field equipment and through the co-ordination of technical logistics relating to production events in collaboration with Academic and Technical Staff as required.
RequirementsA diploma (NQF Level 6) in Journalism (with a broadcast specialisation) or Broadcast fields or equivalent and approximately 4 years relevant experience (such experience may include practical experience gained whilst studying) where such experience includes:
- The operation of multi-camera studios and digital video switching units and / or mixing desks and digital audio production equipment.
- Proficient operation of portable video and audio equipment for the purposes of media production
- Experience in media production in a computerised environment, including workflow and file management.
- Experience in the use of DSLR cameras for still and video media production
- Familiarity with Creative Cloud or equivalent software-based editing packages
Experience in the administration of computer-based media catalogues or digital asset management software would be an advantage

Vicinity Events is looking for an enthusiastic Event Content Producer to support our team in delivering high-quality event productions. You’ll learn hands-on across videography, photography, editing and basic livestream support, while helping to keep shoots organised and clients informed.
- Pre-production support
Help prepare call sheets, shot lists and schedules.
Coordinate gear check-outs, batteries, media cards and backups.
Research venues, suppliers and example references for creative direction. - On-site production
Assist camera ops and photographers (setting up tripods, lights, audio, gimbals).
Help wrangle media, manage slates, log takes and maintain a tidy set.
Support basic multi-camera/livestream setups (ATEM/switcher cable runs, mic checks).
Be a calm, professional presence with clients and guests. - Post-production
