1. Review current supplier base to ensure we are buying products from the correct supplier at the right price based on volumes
2. All communications with suppliers regarding payment terms, discounts and bulk purchases, including ad hoc supplier visits.
3. To review COD supply base and ensure that where possible we are purchasing from a current vendor instead of new suppliers. If and where necessary accounts should be opened in order to streamline our payments to monthly instead of daily
