Your future role.

  • Participates in project/sales meetings as project core team member to exert a shaping influence at an early stage and to optimize internal workflows and processes.
  • Establishes proper sourcing and Procurement processes and controls all Procurement resources and activities in the project.
  • Analyzes customer inquiries during bid preparation / opportunity management phases and exactly understands the customer's functional needs in order to include (supplier) innovations.
  • Supports project calculation with reliable material cost data.
  • Analyzes scope of supply and contract agreements, carries out risk analyses and introduces negotiation recommendations.
  • Analyzes sales and operations planning in respect of starting / new projects, assessing and controlling of material costs within the whole project business in order to ensure the involvement of Procurement.
  • Drives Procurement strategies in projects and ensures their implementation.
  • Heads up contractual and price negotiations and/or supports the specialist buyers responsible for particular material fields.

Your profile.

  • The basis of your success is a completed Completed Relevant Supply Chain Qualification.
  • Building on this, you have already gained 3 to 5 years of professional experience various supply chain fields.
  • 3 - 5 years SAP Experience
  • Advanced Excel Skills

The Vendor Management Lead will lead operational and administrative support to 2U’s IT vendor management function, ensuring smooth execution of vendor processes, accurate tracking of performance and contractual obligations, and effective coordination across IT, procurement, finance, and legal teams.

This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of vendor lifecycle processes. Reporting to the Director, Cybersecurity GRC, this individual will contribute directly to the maturity of 2U’s vendor governance practices, support compliance and audit readiness, and help streamline operational processes across the vendor lifecycle.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of vendor agreements, renewal dates, and key contract terms
  • Track contract milestones and help ensure timely execution of renewals and reviews
  • Manage vendor onboarding and offboarding tasks in collaboration with procurement, legal, and IT teams
  • Meet with vendors regularly and create a support and incident management process and contact points with vendors
  • Identify and reduce duplication of capabilities
  • Single point of contact for receiving and managing invoices and coordination to a timely payment from 2U
  • Maintain a complete and up to date inventory of all our contracts with vendors
  • Ability to negotiate complex technology products and services contracts Optimize vendor spending by monitoring user usage and licensing
Performance and Compliance Support
  • Collect, consolidate, and maintain SLA/KPI data for monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Help prepare materials for vendor performance reviews and internal compliance assessments
  • Support documentation efforts to meet audit and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2)
Operational Coordination
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for vendor meetings, including QBRs and risk reviews
  • Maintain shared documentation and vendor folders in accordance with internal standards
  • Assist in the preparation of scorecards, summaries, and follow-up items after vendor meetings
Internal and Vendor Communication
  • Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day vendor queries and basic issue tracking
  • Route questions or escalations to the appropriate internal stakeholders or the Vendor Management Lead
  • Support communication of vendor-related updates, such as changes to contact info, SLAs, or service details
Process Improvement and Documentation
  • Maintain and update internal documentation for vendor management processes, tools, and templates
  • Identify and suggest improvements to workflows related to contract tracking, reporting, and lifecycle management
  • Support adoption of internal systems and tools used to manage vendor data and workflows

  • 4-5 years of experience in vendor management, IT administration, procurement operations, or business support within a technology-driven environment

A dynamic ICT Specialist seeks a critical thinking & highly strategic BU Manager to maximize opportunity to secure contracts and business by effectively managing the tendering and internal sales process, while ensuring compliance, quality, and strategic alignment. You will oversee the process of preparing and submitting tenders or proposals in response to requests from potential clients or customers. The role involves coordinating and managing the entire tender process, from initial identification of opportunities to final submission and contract negotiation.

DUTIES:

  • Tender Preparation – Lead the development of tender documents, including compiling necessary information, coordinating inputs from various departments, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
  • Bid Management – Manage the overall bid process, establishing timelines, and allocating resources effectively to meet submission deadlines.
  • Proposal Development – Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information, develop compelling proposals, and ensure accurate pricing and costing.
  • Risk Assessment – Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks associated with the tender, proposing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications –

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Experience/Skills –

  • At least 5+ years relevant enterprise ICT (Servers, Storage, Backup, End User Devices) experience.
  • At least 5+ years in Vendor / Supplier Collaboration.
  • At least 5+ years in responding to tenders.
  • Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in procurement, setting procurement strategies, bid/ tender management and driving cost savings.
  • At least 3+ years in Sales.
