What you’ll do :
- To diversify the customer base. Sell products, solutions, and services to existing or new customers.
- Compile quotations, tenders, and solutions by the required due dates.
- Assist operations with project execution functions as and when required.
- Follow-up on back orders and communicate any delays to customers.
- Provide continuous feedback to the customer regarding the progress of the order.
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships for the future growth of the company.
- Use various sales tools (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver presentations to new or existing customers.
- Assist customers with vendor registrations or our credit applications.
- Liaise with customers regarding payment terms (e.g., COD).
- Follow up on technical questions from customers and conduct regular site or customer visits.
- Evaluate customer inquiries and technical feasibility of projects.
- Interface with the company’s departments regarding customer requirements and specifications.
- Support the development of sales and marketing materials.
Your expertise :
- 5 to 10 years of function-related experience in Automated Metering Reading hardware, software, and related services.
- Detailed technical knowledge of the above technologies and their applications.
- Demonstrated ability in building customer relationships.
- Preferred experience in Sub-Saharan African countries.
Qualifications :
- Matric Certificate.
- Electrical Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred qualifications: B.Eng (Electrical).

Role Responsibility- Effective management of sales and marketing in the business unit (Pretoria)
- Sales of manned guarding
- Identification of potential new business opportunities through consultation and cooperation with operational team, planned prospecting, hotly following up on leads, cold calling, and own network / database of contacts.
