How You'll Spend Your Time Here
- Uncover and drive new customer opportunities by providing sales and technical assistance, effectively articulating Cohesity technology to both business and technical users.

- Develop and lead the secondary storage technology strategy for our largest customers and partners, establishing Cohesity as the primary solution provider in the market.

They are looking for a technically minded, dynamic pre-sales junior engineer who is responsible for understanding customers' challenges and business and in defining appropriate using their technologies. They are in the process of onboarding several new technologies and the role will focus on all the newly adopted vendors and technologies
- The Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for technical pre-sales from initial contact and meetings through to sales conclusion and delivery – including solution sizing, generation of high-level design documents and Bill of Materials as well as any other technical objectives during the pre-sale cycle.
- You must have the ability to provide high level solution designs
- Ability to whiteboard solution to customer and partners
- Be able to present (PowerPoint) to customers and partners
- Be able to demonstrate product features to customers and partners
You will need 2 years' experience in the ICT, cybersecurity, and pre-sales fields.

As a Technical Consultant you will be responsible for managing and delivering integration projects across our customer base. You'll play a key role in ensuring successful Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementations, third-party system integrations (e.g., ERP, WMS, eCommerce), and API-led connectivity that supports real-time data exchange. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong technical understanding, and stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end integration and EDI projects for new and existing customers.
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Support, Development) and external stakeholders (customers, third-party vendors) to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Map, configure, test, and validate EDI/document exchange protocols (e.g., EDIFACT, XML, CSV, JSON, AS2, SFTP) and utilitise the ERP One Data Exchange toolset alongside third-party tools.
- Support customers with onboarding new trading partners and data flows.
- Maintain clear documentation for integrations, including process flows, specifications, and test plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data exchange issues during and after go-live.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration frameworks, templates, and project delivery methodologies.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role delivering software integrations and EDI projects.
- Familiarity with transport and warehouse management systems (TMS/WMS) or logistics operations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of EDI standards and communication protocols.
- Experience working with APIs (REST, SOAP) and file-based data exchange.
- Project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – able to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of scripting or basic data transformation (e.g., SQL, XSLT, or middleware tools) is a plus.
- Knowledge of KCML is desirable.
- Knowledge of the Transport and warehousing industry
