Role Purpose

The Medical Practice Manager will be accountable for ensuring operational excellence, optimizing financial and administrative processes, and supporting clinical effectiveness. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to implement scalable systems, drive performance, and deliver accurate reporting to support decision-making and business growth. A medical qualification will be considered advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee the daily operations of all Urban Care clinics, ensuring smooth coordination of front-office, clinical support, and administrative teams.
  • Maintain operational excellence across patient service delivery, facility management, and resource allocation.

Front Office Oversight:

  • Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
  • Manage scheduling, performance appraisals, and recruitment coordination.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance workplace culture.

Financial Management:

  • Supervise billing, collections, and reconciliation of insurance and cash accounts.
  • Monitor expenditure, budgets, and revenue performance.

Clinical Coordination:

Growth & Scaling:

Patient Experience

Greet and welcome patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and

comfortable

Assist patients with completing necessary forms, providing guidance on payment

options and treatment details

Address patient complaints and concerns courteously and promptly, maintaining a

high standard of patient care

Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized environment for patients and staff
