Role Purpose
The Medical Practice Manager will be accountable for ensuring operational excellence, optimizing financial and administrative processes, and supporting clinical effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee the daily operations of all Urban Care clinics, ensuring smooth coordination of front-office, clinical support, and administrative teams.
- Maintain operational excellence across patient service delivery, facility management, and resource allocation.
Front Office Oversight:
- Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage scheduling, performance appraisals, and recruitment coordination.

Financial Management:
- Supervise billing, collections, and reconciliation of insurance and cash accounts.
- Monitor expenditure, budgets, and revenue performance.
