Key Responsibilities:

Account & Campaign Management

·   Manage day-to-day operations of client accounts with oversight from the Account Director.

·   Execute PR and influencer campaign strategies, ensuring outputs are aligned to client objectives.

·   Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track and on budget.

·   Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality and growth.

·   Produce clear, well-structured reports and campaign wrap-ups.

Media Relations

·   Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists and editors across lifestyle, fashion, business, and news.

·   Pitch stories to secure meaningful coverage in top-tier outlets.

·   Draft and review press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.

·   Support the Account Director with strategic counsel on media opportunities.

Influencer Management

·   Assist in developing influencer strategies and manage campaign execution.

·   Handle influencer/agent communication, briefing, deliverables, and usage rights.

·   Monitor campaign performance and compile detailed influencer impact reports.

Client Service

·   Act as a reliable day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring communication is consistent & effective.

·   Lead weekly client status meetings, sharing actionable updates.

·   Contribute fresh, creative ideas for campaigns and activations.

·   Support the Account Director on client presentations and new business pitches.

Operations & Supplier Management

·   Oversee contracts, invoicing, and campaign admin with influencers and suppliers.

·   Ensure adherence to client processes, ASA guidelines, and agency standards.

·   Keep accurate documentation for reporting and evaluation.

Skills & Qualifications

·
Relevant tertiary qualification (PR/Communications/Media/Marketing).

· years' PR agency experience**, with proven experience managing accounts and campaigns.

·   Strong track record in influencer and earned media campaigns.

·   Excellent writing, editing, and pitching skills.

·   Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client, media, and influencer relationships.

We are looking for an
Internal Digital Marketing & Communications Manager with prior UK experience
to own and amplify JBi Digital's story. This role will ensure that JBi is consistently positioned as a trusted, innovative, and values-driven digital agency across all channels — from our website and social media, to client-facing presentations and case studies.

The successful candidate will manage JBi's
brand voice, marketing collateral, partnerships, and content strategy

Key Responsibilities

Agency Marketing & Positioning

  • Define, maintain, and evolve JBi's
    brand positioning and narrative
  • Ensure storytelling is consistent across all touchpoints (website, presentations, case studies, proposals)
  • Act as the
    guardian of the JBi brand voic
    e, educating colleagues and embedding it into client interactions.

Website & Digital Presence

  • Manage and optimise the
    JBi websit
    e — ensuring content is up to date, relevant, and SEO-friendly.
  • Create and maintain engaging
    case studies, blogs, and thought leadershi

  • Oversee
    social media presenc
    e across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms, building visibility and credibility.

Internal & External Communications

  • Collaborate with Client Partners and Delivery teams to ensure proposals and client presentations reflect JBi's story.
  • Manage

    partners, industry bodies, and networks.

Must-Have (Essential)

  • Experience
    : 4–6 years in marketing or communications (agency or B2B environment) with UK Clients or UK-based companies
  • Marketing Communications Skills
    : Proven ability to manage websites, write engaging content, and run social media campaigns.
  • Storytelling & Branding
    : Strong copywriting and messaging skills; able to distil complex projects into compelling narratives.
  • Collaboration
    : Experience working across teams (client services, delivery, leadership) to shape consistent messaging.
  • Tools
    : CMS (e.g. WordPress, Drupal), SEO basics, social scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, LinkedIn campaigns), design tools (Canva/Adobe
    ).

Should-Have (Desirable)

  • B2B / Digital Agency Experience:
    Background in agencies or consultancies.
  • SEO / Analytics
