Who we are looking for
You will join a small, happy team with a wide range of responsibilities including administration tasks with a focus on Chiropractic, taking calls, managing their diaries, taking payment and giving advice and information about the clinics to the patients they serve, all while delivering exceptional customer service to our client's practice members. You will have the opportunity to learn about chiropractic and health, how to support our practice members on their journey towards optimal health and how to assist the rest of the clinical team.
In summary your everyday duties include but are not limited to; taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, managing email inboxes, managing clients diaries and booking patients in, taking payments and communicating with the team and clinics (client) via email and Slack.
Required skills
- Matric Certificate Required
- Must have uncapped internet (50 mbps)
- Must have a computer with 16GB RAM
- Demonstrable customer service experience in a fast-paced working environment.
- PC literacy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A passion for customer service
- An eager, positive and proactive approach
- Problem-solving skills and thrives working to measurable objectives
- Strong organisational skills
- Keen attention to details
Working hours
Monday-Sunday 8am-8pm GMT/BST
