DutiesIntersen phase Educators will be expected to establish and further extend students' basic education foundations and guide them toward developing abstract thought and successfully completing independent work across all curriculum areas. They will need to:

- Demonstrate strength of character, integrity, and professionalism at all times;
- Develop and maintain constructive partnerships with colleagues, parents, guardians, and community members;
- Communicate and collaborate positively, respectfully, and openly within the learning community.
They will be accountable for the following areas of performance:
- Academic Delivery
- Academic Assessment & Reporting
- Student Behaviour Management
- School Brand Ambassadorship

- An undergraduate degree (NQF level 6) and PGCE or B. Education (Intermediate, Intersen, or Senior Phase)
- SACE certification and police clearance are required
- 2-5 years of teaching experience
- Computer and digital literacy
- First Aid certification
- Remedial training is mandatory
- A lifelong learner who continually seeks personal inquiry, reflection, and action to inform their teaching practice and stay updated with global education trends
- Strong planning and organization skills with high attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication and professional presentation abilities

We are seeking a skilled Three-Phase Solar Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Installation & Commissioning: Install and commission three-phase solar PV systems, including inverters, wiring, and panels.
- System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair solar electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all installations comply with SANS regulations, electrical codes, and safety standards.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to the team and clients.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Qualified Three-Phase Electrician (Trade Test Certificate)
- Wireman’s License (advantageous)
