We are currently instructed by clients on two separate North West-based Finance Director roles , where the clients have specified a preference for candidates stepping up to FD for the first time .
Landing your first Finance Director role is one of the most challenging milestones in your career (possibly alongside securing a training contract after graduation!). Therefore, opportunities seeking first-time FDs are rare .
