A Performance Marketing Specialist position is currently available in Bedfordview.

Level: Mid-Weight.

Hybrid: 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Your work priorities would include:

  • Manage campaign set-up, delivery, performance, testing and reporting across digital and social channels including (but not limited to) Display, Paid Search, Paid Social and other digital marketing platforms as needed.
  • Maintain certifications, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or others recommended by the company to build, bolster and develop your profile.
  • Working closely with the creative team to produce best-in-class content (display / remarketing ads, video, landing pages) to meet KPIs.
  • Set up conversion goals to track performance using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Set up the relevant code to improve campaign performance, including remarketing and Facebook Pixel code.
  • Build, manage and develop audience lists utilising audience manager.
  • Regularly assess and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate would have a strong mix of the following:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience implementing campaign set-up, delivery, performance, testing and reporting across digital and social channels.
  • Minimum 4 years working directly on the following ad platforms – Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven track record of analysing data and trends in order to continually optimise media campaigns for efficient ROI.
  • Must have digital or ad agency experience.

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across paid media lifecycle touchpoints and social media channels. You will manage performance-driven initiatives, build multi-step customer journeys, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive ROI, retention, and brand presence across regions.

This role works closely with Product, Marketing, Content, Design, and Regional Marketing Teams in South Africa, the UK, Benelux, Germany, and Australia.

Responsibilities
  1. Paid Media Campaign Planning & Funnel Execution
  • Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Build and optimize full-funnel customer journeys from awareness to conversion and loyalty.
  • Launch upsell and cross-sell campaigns for product extensions (e.g., cameras, driver tools, plug-ins).
  • Align campaign messaging and visuals with content, product marketing, and brand guidelines.
  • Track and report on digital media budgets, pacing, and ROI.
  • Performance Analytics & Optimization
    • Track and analyze campaign KPIs: CPL, ROAS, CAC, CVR, LTV.
    • Build and maintain dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, etc.).
    • Run A/B and multivariate testing on ads, landing pages, emails, and CTAs.
    • Deliver monthly insights and optimization recommendations aligned with campaign goals.
  • CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
    • Develop and manage automated lifecycle campaigns supporting onboarding, renewal, and feature usage journeys.
    • Create segmented customer audiences based on engagement, usage, product type, and region.
    • Implement trigger-based campaigns aligned with lifecycle stages to drive retention, upsell, and re-engagement.
  • Social Media & Organic Digital
    • Oversee social media planning and performance tracking.
    • Collaborate with the content team on editorial calendars and asset briefs.
    • Monitor channel growth and engagement metrics, implementing best practices.
    • Integrate organic and paid social strategies for a cohesive approach.
  • Cross-functional & Regional Collaboration
    • Partner with regional marketers to localize and adapt digital campaigns for each market.
    • Coordinate with teams to adapt messaging based on local regulatory and cultural needs.
    • Work with internal teams to extract messaging and repurpose content into digital formats.
    • Ensure digital performance activities align with broader marketing and brand strategies.
    Qualifications and Experience

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or CRM/lifecycle marketing.
    • Proven success managing paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
    • Experience with campaign platforms: Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite.
    • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
    • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in GA4, UTM tracking, and Looker Studio.
    • Familiarity with social media management tools and B2B strategies.
    • Understanding of global campaign execution and multi-region team collaboration.
    Skills & Competencies

    Requirements :

    • Strong command of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
    • Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
    • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance into insights.

    • Lead the management of digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, BING, 3rd party remarketing platforms, etc and assist with managing agency relationships.

    • Support the broader teams with our own e-commerce platforms including our website and landing pages to ensure seamless and optimized customer journeys from a digital campaign perspective.
    • Collaborate with the relevant teams to ensure we optimize customer journeys across the different touchpoints focussing on digital campaigns to improve overall conversion rate of our website.
    • Manage the tactical implementation of journey optimized digital campaign efforts.
    Data Tracking & Reporting 10%
    • Build a monthly digital marketing platform performance report and work with the BI teams to automate and optimize dashboards.
    • Assist with end to end analytics tracking, monitoring and improvement across platforms.
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure accurate conversion tracking.
    • Track performance on a monthly basis and optimize campaigns based on insights.
    Strategic Management Support 15%
    • Assist with developing and implementing digital marketing strategies including insight generation from the market, competitors and campaign performance to ensure business objectives are achieved.
    • Create a comprehensive competitor analysis on a quarterly basis, keep a close eye on competitors to ensure we remain relevant and capture competitor activity during key promotional periods on an ongoing basis.
    • Assist to create processes and systems to support the broader business.
    • Contribute to strategic business projects when required.
    • Consistently explore new possibilities for the expansion of our digital reach and digital sales channels and chase down such opportunities.
    Digital Marketing Administration 5%
    • Assist with overall digital marketing administration.
    • Ensure that Marketing folders are kept up to date and that all files are saved in the relevant folders.
    • Assist with management of all digital campaigns ad accounts.
    • Assist Marketing team with general administrative tasks.
    QMS 5%

    Introduction

    The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across search engines, social media, display networks, and other performance-driven channels.     · Talent Recruitment Support – Providing Talent Acquisition Support to the HR team in collaboration with Social Media Specialist.
