  • Provide clear, insightful reporting on campaign performance and key KPIs to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social and search campaigns.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Excel.

  • Experience working with e-commerce or D2C brands in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with design and content teams.

  • Hands-on expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Business Suite , and TikTok Ads Manager.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

  • Ability to work aligned to EST business hours

The Role

What You'll Be Doing
  • Design and execute performance marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition across paid social, search, and app install networks
  • Own our creative strategy for paid channels, with particular focus on shortform video content that resonates with travelers
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous A/B testing and data-driven decision making
  • Scale successful channels while maintaining efficient CAC and hitting ROAS targets
  • Build and refine marketing funnels from first touch to conversion
  • Collaborate with our global network of storytellers to source authentic content for campaigns

What You'll Need
  • 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven track record of scaling user acquisition

  • Previous Agency experience (Essential)
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as GA4, AdTech, CDP, CMS, GTM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms
  • Previous experience with CDP-driven performance marketing (Advantageous)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize campaign performance and drive strategic decision-making

This role will lead the AME Small & Accountants marketing plan and team, setting and delivering against the targets and revenue plans in region. Marketing Lead for the AME planning process for small & accountants. Lead on trading interlock with sales & performance in region – driving performance & optimisation. Drive collaboration, prioritisation and execution through the UKIA digital & campaign hubs. This is a player manager role, leading 2 direct reports to shape and deliver the NCA, Accountants & Inlife plans.

Location - 3 days per week out of our Johannesburg office.

  • Marketing Lead for AME Small & Accountants interlocking with AME leadership team accountable for delivering against regional targets.
  • Accountable for both NCA & Inlife marketing demand plans (new bookings, new customers, cross sell, upsell/expansion, retention) for both direct channel and through accountants covering all products: SBCA, SBCP and Sage 50.
  • Set & own marketing plan (strategic & demand plan) for AME Small & Accountants across all channels – through lockstep with RTR organisation through the Annual budget planning process & ongoing trading / roadmap developments. Working through direct team of 2 managers and 1 intern.
  • Own trading process through weekly performance calls, hub interlocks & primary lead within the regional sales trading calls laddering up to the WBR, MBR processes.
  • Primary lead for BU to interlock with UKIA digital & campaign hubs to construct plan, prioritise, execute & optimise performance.
  • Accountability for all marketing performance and contribution to BU in region (units, ARR, trials, SQOs, MQLs, CPAs, LTV:CAC).
  • Accountability for marketing budget.
  • Lead team of 2 plus intern, indirect leadership through the hubs.
  • Lockstep with IC strategic teams for Small segment & brand teams to ensure requirements for BU in region are met and tight collaboration on priorities.

Skills, know-how and experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing management role.
  • Results driven with strong commercial acumen and focus on KPIs / performance.
  • Experience in fast paced / sales led organisation.
  • Strong understanding of both digital trading & assisted funnels. Understanding of working with B2B, B2C and channel marketing advantage.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong track record of managing high-growth paid media campaigns across Google and Meta. You’ll be responsible for driving outstanding results for a portfolio of eCommerce clients, contributing to strategy, managing day-to-day performance, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, build, and optimise Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring performance is hitting or exceeding KPIs (ROAS, CPA, NCAC, NCROAS, revenue growth).
  • Own campaign structure, audience targeting, budget pacing, creative feedback, and feed management with support from internal specialists.
  • Use platforms like 360 Commerce, TripleWhale, StoreHero, Klaviyo and Shopify to drive data-led decisions.
  • Support Client services on regular client calls and performance reviews as the technical expert, delivering clear insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with operations and Designers to execute and improve campaign delivery.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates and trends in eCommerce performance marketing.
What You’ll Need
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search and/or Paid Social campaigns.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Confidence in client communication — you're comfortable owning meetings, setting expectations, and explaining performance in plain English.
  • Data-first mindset — you make decisions based on numbers, not assumptions.

Level: Mid-Weight.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Your work priorities would include:

  • Manage campaign set-up, delivery, performance, testing and reporting across digital and social channels including (but not limited to) Display, Paid Search, Paid Social and other digital marketing platforms as needed.
  • Maintain certifications, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or others recommended by the company to build, bolster and develop your profile.
  • Working closely with the creative team to produce best-in-class content (display / remarketing ads, video, landing pages) to meet KPIs.
  • Set up conversion goals to track performance using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Set up the relevant code to improve campaign performance, including remarketing and Facebook Pixel code.
  • Build, manage and develop audience lists utilising audience manager.
  • Regularly assess and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate would have a strong mix of the following:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience implementing campaign set-up, delivery, performance, testing and reporting across digital and social channels.
  • Minimum 4 years working directly on the following ad platforms – Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven track record of analysing data and trends in order to continually optimise media campaigns for efficient ROI.
  • Must have digital or ad agency experience.

We're on the search for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our Digital Agency. To excel in this role, you should have relevant experience in Paid Ads Management, with a strong focus on Facebook/Meta & Google Ads. The role is 85% Social Paid Ads Management and 15% Google Ads Management.

In this role, you will be responsible for campaign strategy, building, optimisation, tracking, reporting, as well as laying the foundation to grow the paid media department.

We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong project management skills to champion the sales, systems, and processes for the department.

About the Role
You’ll be the in-house paid media expert, launching and optimizing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, G2, Capterra, and programmatic placements. You’ll run full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns and ABM plays, managing over £25K/month in media spend. From crafting creative briefs to performance reporting, you’ll shape demand generation and customer acquisition with a direct impact on revenue growth.

  • Own and execute paid media strategy across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, G2, and Capterra

  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-funnel campaigns—from awareness to conversion

Job Description:
This role will lead the AME Small & Accountants marketing plan and team, setting and delivering against the targets and revenue plans in region. Marketing Lead for the AME planning process for small & accountants. Lead on trading interlock with sales & performance in region - driving performance & optimisation. Drive collaboration, prioritisation and execution through the UKIA digital & campaign hubs. This is a player manager role, leading 2 direct reports to shape and deliver the NCA, Accountants & Inlife plans.
Location - 3 days per week out of our Johannesburg office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Lead for AME Small & Accountants interlocking with AME leadership team accountable for delivering against regional targets.
- Accountable for both NCA & Inlife marketing demand plans (new bookings, new customers, cross sell, upsell/expansion, retention) for both direct channel and through accountants covering all products: SBCA, SBCP and Sage 50.
- Set & own marketing plan (strategic & demand plan) for AME Small & Accountants across all channels - through lockstep with RTR organisation through the Annual budget planning process & ongoing trading / roadmap developments. Working through direct team of 2 managers and 1 intern.
- Own trading process through weekly performance calls, hub interlocks & primary lead within the regional sales trading calls laddering up to the WBR, MBR processes.
- Primary lead for BU to interlock with UKIA digital & campaign hubs to construct plan, prioritise, execute & optimise performance.
- Accountability for all marketing performance and contribution to BU in region (units, ARR, trials, SQOs, MQLs, CPAs, LTV:CAC).
- Accountability for marketing budget.
- Lead team of 2 plus intern, indirect leadership through the hubs.
- Lockstep with IC strategic teams for Small segment & brand teams to ensure requirements for BU in region are met and tight collaboration on priorities.
Skills, know-how and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing management role.
- Results driven with strong commercial acumen and focus on KPIs / performance.
- Experience in fast paced / sales led organisation.
- Strong understanding of both digital trading & assisted funnels. Understanding of working with B2B, B2C and channel marketing advantage.
- Proven experience in digital & field marketing.
- Sound leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team.
- Exceptional communication to negotiate and influence at senior level.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and multi team approach - influencing across teams to get to right outcome including through the new UKIA hubs & regional structures.
- Resilience and strong accountability.
