Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor live queues and adjust schedules, skills, and workflows to keep SLAs stable.
- Analyse performance data such as productivity, adherence, shrinkage, SL, AHT, and CSAT.
- Support scheduling and forecasting to align staffing with business goals and demand.
- Create reports highlighting anomalies, trends, and recommendations for leaders.
- Escalate service-impacting issues quickly for timely resolution.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Workforce Management (Realtime, Scheduling, Planning, or Performance).
- Background in contact centres or multi-channel environments (voice, chat, email, social).
- Proficient in WFM platforms such as NICE, Verint, or Genesys, with ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Skilled in reporting tools like Excel, Google Sheets, BI dashboards, or Intercom.
- Familiar with AI or automation-driven WFM solutions, with strong tech curiosity.
- Tertiary education in Business, Operations, or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret data, identify trends, and provide recommendations.

The Performance Analyst plays a critical supporting role to the Investment team by maintaining and developing the performance systems and databases. Required experience:
- 2-4 years + experience in a performance analyst role.
- Understanding of operational workflow, performance and attribution methodologies and portfolio risk statistics.
- An excellent understanding of investment strategies, financial instruments, and markets.
- R coding ability essential. Solid coding skills and good knowledge of ideally R, or Python.
- Strong knowledge and use of databases (i.e. SQL queries and scripting or other Data Warehouse offerings) is an essential.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant Honours/ Master's Degree (Financial mathematics, Actuarial, Stats orientation).
- CFA Charter holder or CFA studies preferred.

The Performance Engineer sits within SOLA's Asset Management team and is responsible for ensuring that operational solar PV and hybrid projects across the portfolio are performing in line with expectations. The role involves reviewing and analysing operational performance data, identifying underperformance, and supporting the resolution of performance-related issues. The Performance Engineer plays a key role in technical reporting, stakeholder interface, and long-term performance assurance of SOLA's renewable energy assets.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Technical:
- Analyse operational performance across the solar and BESS asset portfolio using SCADA, meteorological and performance datasets.
- Identify and quantify underperformance, and work with O&M teams and service providers to resolve root causes timeously.
- Validate and assess EPC and O&M performance guarantees, warranty claims and degradation trends.
- Validate and assess Deemed Energy calculations and claims.
- Conduct portfolio-wide benchmarking and variance analysis to track performance over time.
- Support technical input into monthly performance reports for shareholders, lenders and clients.
Administrative/Operational:
- Support the Asset Management team with periodic reporting packs and board materials.
- Interface with Engineering and O&M to ensure consistent capture and investigation of technical performance risks.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Experience using PVsyst and data analytics tools to evaluate and track energy yield.

- Recommend improvements to reporting templates, KPI dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
- Work with BI, IT, or Data teams to enhance automation and improve access to real-time performance visibility.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
- 5–8 years' experience in business analysis, operations reporting, or performance management.
- Exposure to multi-unit retail or QSR environments is a strong plus.
- Solid experience engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders constructively.

We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and business-savvy Business Performance Analyst to support the Operations Director by reviewing and synthesizing daily operational reports across departments. This role goes far beyond number crunching. You'll be the key interface between data, operations, and executive action.
You'll be trusted to identify trends, flag risks, and challenge departmental performance where needed. Most importantly, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to drive accountability, performance clarity, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Performance Monitoring
- Review and validate daily and weekly reports from Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Marketing.
- Track KPIs, identify trends or variances, and proactively escalate issues that impact performance.
- Deliver concise, insight-driven daily summaries to the Operations Director.
