  10. Stay current with South African tax legislation, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, UIF, and benefits regulations.

  11. Problem Solving & Employee Support

  12. Respond to payroll enquiries promptly, with professionalism and positivity.

  13. Investigate and resolve discrepancies using collaborative and consultative approach.
  14. Provide reassurance to staff by explaining payroll matters clearly and empathetically.
