• Reporting:

management.
• Reception & Communication:
Handle all front desk duties including call management, visitor handling, and
message coordination.
• POD (Proof of Delivery) Management:
Retrieve, scan, file, and respond to queries related to PODs in coordination with
customer service.
• Administrative Support:
Process purchase orders (SAP), manage retail bookings, maintain filing systems,
and support logistics operations.
• Compliance:
Follow Occupational Health & Safety policies and support additional tasks as
directed by management.

- Data Visualization & BI Knowledge: Familiarity of how business intelligence tools like Looker, Sigma, and Quicksight are used to connect to data sources and build insightful visualizations and dashboards.
- Communication & Documentation: Ability to generate clear, concise, and technically accurate documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), to articulate project goals and outcomes.

- Analyze business processes and performance metrics to identify automation opportunities.
- Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions for payroll processes.

What this job can offer youThis is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Payroll Automation & Data Specialist, joining our Payroll team, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding payroll services to our employees and customers.
What you bring- Proven experience in payroll process analysis or process automation.
- Skilled in utilising Excel and Google Sheets formulas to perform calculations, analyse data, and automate tasks.
- Expert level, leveraging full-stack engineering to deliver limited but well-rounded solutions in short periods of time.
- Proficiency in SQL and Cloud computing platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Good decision-making skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Python knowledge is a plus.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills for clear articulation of business requirements and outcomes.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $33,600 USD to $75,600 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
