This vital role provides emergency medical care to guests and crew, supports shipboard health and safety protocols, and ensures the effective operation of the onboard medical facility. Role Responsibilities:Provide immediate emergency medical response to guests and crew, including advanced pre-hospital care
Assist medical officers with triage, stabilization, and patient handover to shore-based facilities when required
Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, ventilators, and oxygen delivery systems
Participate in daily clinic operations, including basic treatments, wound care, and medication administration
Conduct regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of all emergency medical and trauma equipment
Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and medication usage logs
Assist in crew safety training, including CPR, AED use, and first aid drills
Support the ships emergency response team during drills and real-life incidents
Adhere strictly to onboard safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols
