Key Responsibilities
Multi-Page Document Design (Adobe InDesign – Core Skill)
- Design brochures, catalogues, reports, and manuals with a strong understanding of layout principles.
- Maintain consistency using character and paragraph styles.
- Manage proper text threading and linked assets for a seamless workflow.
- Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct colour profiles, bleed, and preflighting.
Product Photo Retouching & Photomontages
- Enhance and retouch product images in Photoshop, ensuring colour accuracy and sharpness.
- Create photomontages to visualise final product designs from prototype images.
- Apply clipping paths, masking, and background removal techniques for professional results.
Infographic & Visual Asset Creation
- Develop clean, modern infographics that simplify complex data.
- Ensure visual consistency across all graphics, aligning with brand guidelines.
- Create vector-based assets (icons, diagrams, illustrations) in Adobe Illustrator.
General Graphic Design
- Execute pixel-perfect designs with strong attention to detail.
- Apply advanced typography skills, including kerning, leading, and tracking.
- Manage file organisation and formats for print and digital outputs (PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS, AI, PSD).
Presentation Design (PowerPoint)
- Design polished, brand-consistent slides for internal and external use.
- Utilise master slides, charts, and animations effectively.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required)
Webflow – Knowledge of Webflow or an interest in learning.
Motion Graphics – Basic After Effects for animations or GIFs.
UI/UX – Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

They are looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team.
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the company’s visual identity across all platforms. The role involves designing, managing, and updating digital and print materials to ensure brand consistency and effective communication of technical product information. This individual will work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to maintain the company's website(s), develop marketing collateral, and design materials for various applications, from brochures to packaging and exhibition stands. A keen eye for detail is crucial, as this role involves reviewing work for errors and ensuring the highest level of quality control before final delivery. The Graphic Designer must also have a good understanding of the company’s products to create visuals that effectively communicate key messages to customers. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly creative and detail-oriented graphic designer with strong technical design skills. Duties & Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and update all company literature, including system overviews, brand brochures, technical infographics, data sheets, sample packaging, and signage
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials
- Oversee the design and layout of printed and digital advertising materials, ensuring they are visually engaging and aligned with marketing objectives
- Assist in the design and maintenance of packaging labels and sample packaging to ensure brand compliance and product clarity
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Executive to update and enhance the graphical elements of the company website(s)
- Edit and resize product images and renders for website use, ensuring high-quality visuals
- Manage design files and assets in an organized manner within the company’s Source of Truth (SoT) system
- Design event and exhibition stands for trade shows, industry events, and company showcases
- Ensure all exhibition materials reflect the company’s branding and communicate key product messages effectively
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of digital and print production processes to ensure the highest quality outputs
- Work closely with printers and external suppliers to ensure accurate production of marketing materials
- Review all designs for errors and typos before publishing or printing

About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with expertise in digital design and website visuals. You’ll create modern, engaging designs that align with brand objectives and enhance user experience across web and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality graphics and layouts for websites, social media, ads, and other digital content.
Work on website design projects using Figma, Webflow, and Framer , delivering visually appealing and functional designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into finished visuals.
Ensure brand consistency and design quality across all projects.
Stay updated with design trends and tools to keep creative output innovative.

3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role (portfolio required).
Advanced skills in Figma, Webflow, and Framer .
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and web design principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
