  • Develop innovative packaging concepts and designs that align with the brand's values and visual identity
  • Collaborate closely with the product development, marketing and production teams to bring packaging ideas to life from concept to final print
  • Create dielines and ensure technical accuracy of artwork for a range of packaging formats (labels, boxes, sleeves, wraps, etc.)
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Work with suppliers and print vendors to ensure the highest production standards and troubleshoot print-related challenges
  • Adapt and refresh existing packaging to improve sustainability, functionality or aesthetic appeal as needed
  • Maintain and evolve packaging guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all product ranges
  • Conduct mock-up development and in-house testing to ensure the practicality and visual impact of packaging
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, sustainable materials and new print technologies
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of preparing and exporting files for various printing techniques
  • Ability to work within a brand’s corporate identity while bringing fresh, creative solutions
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a flair for visual storytelling
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly creative environment
  • Team player who thrives on collaboration and open feedback

You would assist with content creation and delivery of digital and fashion projects.
