Scope of Work: Change Manager
Objective:
To lead and support organizational change initiatives by ensuring smooth transitions, minimizing resistance, and maximizing employee adoption and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Change Strategies: Design and implement structured change management plans that align with business goals and project timelines.

Performance Tracking: Establish metrics and feedback loops to monitor adoption, usage, and proficiency, and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and leadership to integrate change management into broader project plans.

Job Purpose:

Minimum Requirements :
Education:
- Post graduate degree from a top tier University in either Engineering, Finance, Mathematics and/or Actuarial Science.
- CFA level 1/MBA - advantageous.
Experience & Technical Skills:
- Minimum 7 - 10 years’ strategic work experience with a reputable consulting firm.
- Demonstrated experience across the full consulting lifecycle: sales, delivery, and project closure
- Consulting experience in Financial Services, Telecommunications and Infrastructure Sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools including excel, python etc.
- Proven track record in cost reduction, digital transformation, operating model redesign, and performance improvement.
Soft Skills:
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and influence in complex, ambiguous environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

- Actively participate in business development opportunities and market a full range of services to prospective clients including using existing relationships to generate new opportunities
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A and consulting, demonstrating expertise in advising commercial companies and strategic decision-makers on financial matters
- Experience working with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems implementations such as Oracle/Hyperion (Preferred), OneStream, Adaptive, Anaplan, Vena, Planful, or Prophix, contributing to a deep knowledge of EPM functionalities and their application in business contexts
- Knowledgeable in advanced analytical tools such as Tableau and Alteryx, as well as modeling skills in Microsoft Excel, enabling the execution of complex financial models for analysis and forecasting
- Ability to summarize key data into concise executive dashboards, providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and helping project teams resolve complex and multi-faceted issues
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective.
