We are looking for an experienced Integration Specialist with a minimum of ten years' experience using IBM integration tools like
IBM
 App Connect Enterprise (ACE), Data Power, IBM API Connect, IBM MQ, and IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I).

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications: IIB MQ certified, Oracle SOA certified
• Kafka or Confluent certifications
• Minimum of eight years' experience in an integration development environment utilising IBM ACE, Datapower, API Connect, and MQ.
• Extensive experience in the design analysis and development of integration flows, including error and audit handling between various applications.
• Proficiency in SOAPUI, Postman, ACE toolkit, MQ explorer, Atlassian Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong skills in RESTful API, Webservice, MQ, and file integration protocols (MQMFT, FTPS, SFTP).
• Proficient in data types and transformations (JSON/SWAGGER, XML/XSD/WSDL/XSLT, CSV/Excel, Fixed Length, Binary).
• Dimensional data modelling experience and proficiency in Oracle SOA, ACE API Connect, and MQ Data Power.
• Hands-on experience with streaming technologies (Apache Kafka, Confluent, AWS Kinesis, Azure Event Hubs, Pub/Sub).
• Experience integrating real-time streaming data into applications or data platforms.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and microservices.
• Experience in disciplined Agile Development (DAD) and working in agile development environments is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform design analysis and development of integration flows ensuring robust error handling and audit trails.
• Utilize tools such as IBM ACE, Datapower, API Connect, and MQ; proficient with SOAPUI, Postman, ACE toolkit, and MQ explorer.
• Develop integration solutions using Oracle SOA and other related technologies.
• Engage in all phases of project lifecycle, from interpreting business requirements to design, development, and deployment.
• Ensure data quality and integration with existing data warehouse solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.

Senior Middleware Integration Engineer
(5+ years experience) to manage and optimize our enterprise application integration layer. This role is crucial for maintaining system connectivity, performance, and security across our core platforms.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop & Maintain:
  Design, code, and deploy robust middleware solutions and microservices using
  Java

• Integrate Systems:

You will implement the system and perform deal-level reconciliation between Moody's and the current system. This involves detailing differences by referencing FTP rules and system configuration.

The process involves transfer pricing all ZAR banking book assets/liabilities, assigning FTP components, and aggregating results for reporting in SAP BPC.

Required skills include:

• Strong FTP and financial system implementation experience.
• Python skills are required for large dataset comparison/analysis (current process uses Python).
• Strong SQL skills will be considered if Python is not met.
