Are you an experienced
Senior Project Manager
with a refined technical skillset and a proven record
leading complex Oracle / ERP deployments
? Our client is seeking a highly capable professional to oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale transformation programme within a dynamic and challenging environment.
As the
Senior Project Manager
, you'll lead end-to-end delivery of critical
Oracle / ERP projects
— from planning and design through to go-live and post-implementation support. You'll partner with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment, mitigate risks, and drive delivery excellence across the full lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex Oracle / ERP implementation projects in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
- Provide strategic input and technical insight to guide decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with governance, quality, and change control standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline or field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or Project Management)
- 8+ years of experience managing large-scale Oracle / ERP deployments.
- Strong technical understanding of ERP platforms and integration points.
- Proven success delivering projects in complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A pragmatic, solution-focused approach with strong leadership presence.
Technical Skills:
- ERP Software: Deep understanding of Oracle ERP systems and their functionalities.
- Project Management Software: Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, PPO) for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Data Migration Tools: Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
- Business Process Analysis: Ability to analyze and document business processes.
