Oversee the management of the first 50 vehicles within the fleet.
Monitor vehicle performance and condition through a fleet management system.
Book vehicles for routine maintenance, service, and tire changes as required.
Ensure that all vehicles are in working order for the drivers at the beginning of each shift.
Driver Scheduling & Coordination :
Ensure that top available drivers have accepted the weekly shift schedule.
Manage a rotating shift schedule.
Monitor the availability of drivers, ensuring that shifts are always covered.
Onboarding & Shift Handover :

Breathalyzer test.

Battery Management :
Monitor battery levels of all vehicles in real-time.
Coordinate the recall of vehicles to the hub to charge
Manage the schedule of recharging to avoid bottlenecks and ensure there are enough vehicles available for peak demand times.
Vehicle Inspection & Rating (Post-Shift) :
Perform vehicle inspections once the driver has completed their shift.
Ask the driver to sign off on the vehicle's condition after their shift is complete.
Rate the vehicle's condition based on the inspection and capture this score on the driver's profile.
The vehicle status score will contribute to the driver's overall score, which determines their eligibility for performance bonuses.
Fleet Performance Monitoring :
Track vehicle usage and performance metrics to ensure efficient operation.
Act as the point of contact for drivers during their shifts for any concerns or issues that arise with the vehicle or during the driving process.
Communication & Coordination :
Liaise with the Vehicle Division for all vehicle repairs, maintenance, and parts replacement.
Communicate with the Charging Division to ensure the availability of sufficient charging infrastructure.
Work closely with the Ops Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations and resolve any arising operational issues.
Reporting & Documentation :
Maintain logs and records of daily vehicle usage, service appointments, driver schedules, and vehicle inspection results.
Provide operational reports on vehicle performance, driver compliance, and other KPIs to the management team.
