The roleThe Finance Processing Executive will work closely with a variety of staff from different geographical locations & alongside the wider Finance Processing team. The role will report directly to the Head of Finance Processing and work closely with the team lead and key office and base employees who are assigned as approvers of purchase orders & invoices. It also includes ensuring that all supplier invoices are recorded in SAP as soon as received and processed in accordance with the company authorisation matrix. Supplier payments are raised in accordance with the agreed payment criteria and any weekly business critical requests are managed. Supplier statements are reconciled regularly, accounts are kept up to date and queries are dealt with promptly & efficiently.

- Ensure that supplier invoices are registered in SAP (accounts system) as soon as received & all liabilities are accounted for as soon as possible and in the correct accounting period.
- Manage the coding and approval of invoices from the business in accordance with the company authorisation matrix.
- Match invoices to purchase orders where applicable.
- Manage the supplier payments & payment process including any business-critical requests.
- Manage information requirements for any new suppliers in accordance with our audit and compliance regulations.
- Perform monthly statement reconciliations for supplier accounts.
- Work with the wider Finance Processing team and assist colleagues during period of absence / increased workload for other locations and offices.
- Manage aged creditors review and ensure that any queries on supplier accounts are recorded and cleared as soon as possible.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable , including invoice processing and supplier payments. Experience in accounting, finance, or similar roles.
- Skilled in handling day-to-day transactions like payment preparation and data updates
- Familiar with invoice coding and approval processes as per company policy
- Comfortable working with finance teams, suppliers, and cross-functional customers
- Solid understanding of purchase orders , overheads, and prepayments
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP and Kofax is a plus
- Exposure to different roles within a finance team is preferred
- Proficiency in French (both spoken and written) is required for this role, and knowledge of German would be an added advantage.
