The Role

The team works closely with the Portfolio Managers, Distribution Team, Risk Team, the Trading Desk, and external service providers on a day-to-day basis to achieve the highest level of impact by utilizing a combined knowledge base and skill set. The role requires a deep understanding of financial markets and instruments, as well as the ability to contribute to and promote robust operating procedures to create an efficient, responsive, and process-driven operations team. The Operations Analyst will report to the Operations Manager, who reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Process:
- Contribute to and promote robust operating procedures across the investment management business to create an efficient, responsive, and process-driven operations team.
- Improve business understanding of operations processes and procedures.
- Establish and promote enhanced business processes that ensure efficient and effective stakeholder delivery within set expectations and agreed performance standards in the area of accountability and the overall optimization of the value chain for the business, including:
- Performance of reconciliations.
- Exception handling, investigation of significant variances, and effective resolution of reconciliation breaks and ad hoc challenges.
- Monitoring of the operations mailbox and timely execution of stakeholder requests.
- Take responsibility for daily operational activities.
- Liaise with stakeholders, run daily operational activities, receive and execute requests promptly.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Liaise with stakeholders to keep them fully apprised of the progress of queries.
- Reconciliation of trade and fund dealing activity, corporate action and Proxy voting management, cash management and spot FX instruction, reconciliation of cash, positions, and performance.
People:
- Share and transfer product, process, and systems knowledge to colleagues.
- Collaborate and work with internal teams to deliver required service levels.
- Ensure achievement of own performance objectives.
- Share information with other team members regarding successes, issues, trends, and ideas.
- Participate in own professional development and career path.
Ideal Qualifications
- BCom (Hons) preferred or appropriate finance qualification.
Ideal Experience
- 5 years of experience in a related role within the financial services industry (preferably experience working in operations in the fund management industry).
- Experience with reconciliations and cash management.
- Relevant computer skills and system experience.
- Experience in a programming language would be advantageous, but not required.
- Knowledge of working with custodians would be advantageous.
- Relevant market knowledge.

FIT Solutions is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and usability of our sales and marketing data. This role will be the internal expert for HubSpot data hygiene and reporting, supporting leadership with clear visibility into conversions, pipeline, and revenue attribution. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
- Maintain clean, accurate HubSpot data through
daily monitoring
to support reliable reporting and forecasting. - Deliver
weekly reports
on lead conversions, pipeline performance, and revenue attribution to ensure timely visibility. - Improve visibility into the funnel (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed Won) with
quarterly presentations of metrics vs. goals
to support decision-making. - Track and report on KPIs that measure sales and marketing effectiveness on a
weekly and quarterly basis

SECONDARY OBJECTIVES

- Identify and resolve duplicate contacts, companies, and deals within HubSpot through
regular data hygiene reviews (weekly or as needed)
. - Standardize data entry processes and enforce best practices across teams with
ongoing monitoring and monthly audits
. - Build and optimize dashboards to support leadership and team reporting needs with
weekly updates and quarterly refinements
. - Troubleshoot data sync and integration issues between HubSpot and other systems with
daily oversight and as-needed resolution

COMPETENCIES
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proficiency in CRM reporting, workflows, and data management
- Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets including pivot tables and lookups
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Exposure to attribution modeling and campaign ROI reporting a plus.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker preferred.

Are you detail-oriented, driven, and looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment? We are searching for a Finance Operations Analyst who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our investment operations.
Responsibilities- Operational Support & Data Management.
- In this role, you'll handle sensitive data with the utmost care and discretion, executing critical tasks that keep our operations running seamlessly. You'll be trusted with key responsibilities including:
- Payment Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy in payment tracking and reconciliation.
- Expense Management: Guarantee that all expenses are correctly reflected in our financial records.
- KYC & Member Data: Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and manage key member data.
- Post-Investment Administration: Oversee the administration of key tasks following investment decisions.
- Your attention to detail will ensure our operations are not only efficient but also trustworthy and compliant.
- You are hard-working, organised and reliable. You are very good at context switching.
- You are analytical and comfortable with numbers. You have very high attention to detail.
- You can be trusted with very sensitive information.
- You are a discrete person and understand the importance of confidentiality.
- You are an excellent communicator: you will work with every team in the organisation.
- You are curious and passionate about making things more efficient and automated: you have a growth mindset and look forward to learning new tools to support all the tasks you are trying to achieve.
