About The Role
This position is based at our Walk-In Center, where you'll be handling face-to-face customer support in addition to digital queries. You must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing physical queues, verifying documents, and resolving live cases, all while maintaining Bolt's customer-first mindset.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Supporting Bolt's customers and partners — online and in person — to help them get the most out of our services.
- Resolving issues quickly and kindly, using Bolt's best practices and your own sound judgment.
- Handling live cases at the Walk-In Center: managing queues, verifying documents, and providing real-time support.

- Running daily health checks on system health and device up-time, and escalating internally for resolution.
