Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across multiple properties.
- Ensure that buildings, gardens, and infrastructure are consistently well maintained.
- Lead and manage a team of workers, providing direction and support as needed.
- Oversee construction and renovation projects from planning to completion, including budgeting, resource management, and execution.
- Track project progress, monitor milestones, and address any issues or delays.
