The Healthcare Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, vetting, and placing qualified nurses and care staff into nursing and residential care homes across the region. This individual is responsible for building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring an efficient, ethical, and responsive recruitment service that meets the staffing needs of healthcare providers.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen, interview, and assess suitability of candidates in line with compliance and regulatory standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with nursing homes and care providers to understand their ongoing staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial engagement to placement and aftercare
- Ensure all necessary checks are completed, including Right to Work, DBS, references, and qualification verification
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the recruitment CRM
- Work towards KPIs and targets relating to placements, revenue, and candidate satisfaction
- Keep up to date with market trends, pay rates, and industry regulations in the health and social care sector

- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or a similar high-volume recruitment role
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care sector compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly

We are currently looking for a Virtual Healthcare Case Coordinator with experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) to join our team.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing medical billing, initial authorizations, and case management activities related to Skilled Nursing Facilities. You will work remotely and collaborate with our US client during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Working Hours: This role requires you to work USA hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00pm to midnight South African time, however these hours are subject to change depending on daylight savings).
- Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African Citizens only.
- Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
- Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
- Manage patient accounts, including claims processing and authorization tracking.
- Oversee the accurate and timely submission of medical claims, including appropriate coding.
- Review clinical documentation to support authorization and care coordination.
- Investigate and resolve claim denials in collaboration with insurance providers.
- Work alongside clinical, billing, and administrative teams to ensure continuity in patient care and revenue cycle processes.
- Use MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PDF) to manage documentation and communications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare and data protection regulations (e.g. HIPAA).
- Healthcare experience required, preferably with exposure to USA healthcare systems, especially in medical billing, claims, authorizations, and/or case management in SNFs or similar environments.
- Familiarity with medical coding standards (CPT, ICD-10) and HIPAA compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize work, manage high email volumes, and follow established processes.

- Manage service level agreement for disposal of hazardous waste, blister packing of medication
- Compliance:
- Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updating codes of conduct
- Maintain nursing operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
- Assure quality of care by developing and interpreting the client's and nursing division’s philosophies and standards of care; enforcing adherence to SANC and other governing regulations; measuring health outcomes against standards; making or recommending adjustments
- Assist with departments undergoing inspections with DOH, DOMH, and DSD
- Ensure Legal compliance at all times related to:
- Registration with Department of Social Development, Department of Health
- Disciplinary procedures according to the Labour Act and adhere to the company’s policies and Codes of Conduct
- Keep all records of staff on probation review times
Qualification:
- Nursing and ward administration for at least 10 years, with previous experience in Geriatrics preferable

Responsible for evaluation and development of treatment plans for primarily adult patients with orthopaedic and neurological conditions as well as injuries. Qualifications

Pay range (depending on experience): $37- $45/hour + mileage reimbursement!
Schedule/Shift: Full time, Monday-Friday, Day Shifts
Territory/Location: Greater St George area
Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care and support to hospice patients in accordance with state guidelines and hospice policies.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and revise care plans as needed.
- Manage an assigned caseload of patients, coordinating care across disciplines to ensure quality and continuity.
- Complete admissions by performing initial assessments, verifying hospice eligibility, educating patients/families, and initiating the plan of care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on symptom management, disease progression, and end-of-life care.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers regarding care coordination and clinical updates.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure collaborative care planning.
- Support patients and families emotionally, advocating for patient comfort, dignity, and informed decision-making.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; current RN licensure in the state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum one (1) year recent nursing experience; hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
- Experience with case management and/or hospice admissions strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical, assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in home and facility settings.
- Capable of meeting the physical demands of patient care (e.g., lifting, positioning, standing, walking).
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and meet organization driving requirements.
