• DNS servers and records
• TLS / SSL certificates

The Principal Engineer plays a pivotal role in providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure the alignment of strategies and services with the objectives of our customers, the company, and regulatory standards. Duties & Responsibilities

Overview

Dis-Chem Pharmacies’ in Midrand has an opportunity available for a Network Engineer to join the team. The purpose of this role is to design, implement, troubleshoot and maintain secure and efficient network solutions to support our business objectives.

Essential:

• Grade 12 – Matric or a Senior Certificate
• Degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional experience in network engineering

Advantage:

• Certifications such as Fortinet NSE, Aruba Certified Network Professional (ACNP), or Ruckus Certified Networking Associate (RCNA) are highly desirable
• Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF)
