KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Execute quarterly dealer performance evaluations in line with the company's dealer evaluation policy and framework.

· Assess dealership operations, sales performance, customer service standards, and adherence to brand guidelines and classify the dealerships accordingly.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor's degree or higher

· Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in automotive marketing and network management

· Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and automotive marketing principles

· Have experience in channel operations and management within mainstream automobile enterprises.

· In-depth understanding of dealer operations, with experience in dealer promotion projects and can organize the operation evaluation of dealers.

COMPETENCIES:

· Ability to design and implement training system, including product knowledge, sales process skills and dealer staff development
