KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Execute quarterly dealer performance evaluations in line with the company's dealer evaluation policy and framework.
· Assess dealership operations, sales performance, customer service standards, and adherence to brand guidelines and classify the dealerships accordingly.
· Monitor and ensure full compliance with BAIC SA policies, procedures, and expectations across the dealer network.
· Address areas of non-compliance by developing structured improvement plans and conducting follow-up reviews.
